Advantage Enterprise & Innovation Fund is a £20 million pound venture capital fund established in 2005 to provide capital for expanding businesses. The investors in the fund include Advantage West Midlands and Development Fund.

Financial support in the form of venture capital is available to assist small and medium-sized businesses in expanding and developing their enterprise. The fund invests in a wide range of industry sectors and includes:

development capital
buy-outs and buy-ins
AIM flotation
selective early stage investments
