Growth Fund - Accelerator Loan - Scotland

 

Eligible applicants must:

- Have received Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust (PSYBT) support
-Be based in Scotland
-Be between 18 and 31 years old
-Have been established in business for at least one year
-Be unable to raise the finance elsewhere

Businesses in Scotland aiming for significant growth can apply for financial support. Access to advice and information, and an aftercare mentoring service, is also available.

The interest rate is four per cent, with repayment over a maximum of five years. In certain circumstances, an initial capital repayment deferment is available for up to two years.

The loan is not to be used to replace capital equipment.

The loan must not be used to buy premises previously leased by the applicant.

The loan must not be used for rescue funding.
